With this launch, Tata intends on further strengthening their stronghold on the CNG market, and with competitive pricing they will certainly have a clear run to the line as well! What is most impressive is that no corners have been cut during production hence, safety and quality standards haven’t dropped at all.
Both cars will be thrust forward by a 1.2L Revotron BS6 with a power output of 72HP, which is class-leading for CNG cars in this price segment! Tata also promises seamless shifting between petrol and CNG modes with ease, which is desirable indeed. There are also a whole host of variants available for the same, and they are as follows.

Despite this low price point, Tata hasn’t skimped out on features for the cars. Dual airbags are standard as is ABS, EBD, Stability Control and more ensure safety, while in terms of features as well the cars are loaded. Moreover, the Tiago now gets projector headlamps, LED DRL’s, more chrome bits on the exterior and a dual-tone black and beige interior while the Tigor gets rain-sensing wipers, auto headlamps, a dual-tone roof along with the same dual-tone interiors.
