Mustang Mach-E launch confirmed for India!

The first electric Mustang will be making its way to Indian shores VERY soon.

Yesterday, Ford announced that they would be ceasing all Indian operations come the end of 2022. They did, however state that they would continue to sell CBU’s on Indian soil, and today they have confirmed that they are bringing the Mach-E Mustang to Indian shores soon!

The car had its global reveal back in 2019, and has quite the spec sheet. The car has 4 variants which are sold in the US, and their power output varies from 266HP to a eye-watering 480HP. The car also has a lot of torque, ranging from 430NM for the rear-wheel drive variant to 580NM for the eAWD variant.

The car also has quite a bit of autonomy, ranging from 339km-490km across different variants. The battery pack also has usable energy of 68-88kWh depending on the variant chosen. The car also has a peak charging rate of about 150kWh. The interior of the car is also quite modern, with a big central tablet-like screen, like the ones we see in Teslas!

Right now, the only talking point is that the car will be making its way to Indian shores sometime soon. Which variant will be available, what the price will be are all unknowns, though the car will surely be an anticipated one!
