The facelifted Maruti Suzuki Baleno has been spied on the production line ahead of its February launch. The facelifted model has some changes on the exterior, though it is expected that the interior will remain the same as the current model. The Baleno is one of Maruti’s best-selling models, so there’s little impetus for Maruti to change a winning combination!
The most visible change will be at the front of the car, where the bumper and grille has been reworked to make the car look a lot like the Ciaz. The rear has also been given a similar rework to make the design look more appealing. The interior has also been spruced up, and now sees a new dashboard design with a new infotainment system on offer.
There will reportedly be 6 airbags on offer, though the power part of the car will remain the same, with the same engine and transmission, though there’s talk of a possible AMT gearbox making its way onto the car. Let’s wait for an official unveil, which should come soon!
