Lexus has just launched three variants in the NX SUV family- the NX 350h Exquisite, NX 350h Luxury and NX 350h F-Sport. All three have an identical power spec sheet, though the prices vary- below is a price chart.
- Lexus NX 350h Exquisite: Rs 64.9 lakhs
- Lexus NX 350h Luxury: Rs 69.5 lakhs
- Lexus NX 350h F-Sport: Rs 71.6 lakhs
What must be noted is that the only engine on offer is the 2.5L petrol engine which is coupled with a few electric motors to give the SUV a combined power output of 240HP/239NM, and a 0-100 speed of 7.7 seconds and all this is paired to a 6-speed automatic with paddle shifters and AWD as well. The overall design of the car is similar to its predecessor, though a few design cues like an updated version of the classic Lexus spindle grille and new headlamps are changes that are visible on the outside.
On the inside, we can see the main changes as compared to the older NX. A massive 14″ touchscreen is now standard, as is a 360-degree camera, a digital instrument cluster, a HUD, connectivity features and Lexus’ voice assistant are all standard. On the safety front as well, there are 8 airbags standard, steering assist, ABS, EBD, traction control and much more to make it fun and easy to drive. Here’s a full review of the NX sold globally, which was unveiled last year.

The SUV rivals the likes of the BMW X3, Audi Q5, Volvo XC60 and also the Mercedes-Benz GLC. It is a fair bit more expensive than the outgoing NX, though there are quite a few new features on offer which do somewhat make up for the amped up premium asked by Lexus.
